The hotel's free parking right out front makes it easy to come and go, especially for those hitting the slopes or exploring the area. The rooms are a decent size and the beds are comfortable, giving a nod to some decent nights' sleep after long days.
The facilities are a bit lacking. There's no on-site restaurant which makes dining options limited, and the breakfast buffet doesn't quite deliver on variety or temperature-seen a few complaints about cold food. The decor feels dated and the corridors are in need of some TLC. There were also reports of thin walls letting in noise from the outside, which can make for a restless night if your neighbors are rowdy. Throughout the stay, hot water was inconsistent-a real irritant when you want to unwind after a day out.

Fantastic and nice place all in all, has incredible staff from the general manager down. The room is reasonably priced. The hotel is situated in the central location in the centre of the town. And it's nestled in a nice building right by shops and restaurants, the bus stop and the skiing in Baqueira. The bar is comfortable.

Generally, thoroughly enjoyed this modern accommodation with attentive staff from the general manager down. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent for walking around Church of Saint Miqueu. The property was set in a relaxing area.
Nothing negative to say.

Great vibes in Vielha ⛰️
Lekker location, super friendly staff, and the brekkie was a solid highlight-like proper value! Got a nice room with fine views from the 4th floor. Chommies at reception made us feel right at home 💯
Room felt a bit old-school, could do with a refresh, but it was comfy enough for our stay.

Excellent location! Have an indoor baby corner with toys (need to ask to open it).
The A/C simply doesn't work (although they tell you it does). Need to consider this when coming there during the summer. This is correct for the room, the lobby (which is the only place with WiFi) and the baby corner.

particularly good location with free parking if needed and near to the surrounding mountains, the bus stop of vielha sapporo, and the centre of village.

Facilities ---but see below,
Very disappointed children could not use swimming pool . We arrived late and pool had closed to children. In morning it was not open to 10.30, and we had to leave by then. One of the reasons for coming was for the children to use the swimming pool., this we could not do.Hotel should be more children friendly, so although i like the hotel, i would not recommend to anybody with children.

Fabulous! Everything about it was wonderful. The bedroom was superb, so clean, fresh and airy. It was also a big bonus to have Air Conditioning, as whilst we stayed there, Vielha was experiencing a heat wave! The Buffet breakfast was incredible, so much to choose from, well worth a visit just for that!

Although we stayed only for one night, our experience was absolutely great. The hotel has a perfect location, at the city center but with a wonderful view to the valley. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold plates. Will definitely come back!
We had a problem to locate the hotel, even with a GPS. the receptionist was aware of the problem but it seems that the hotel doesn't do anything to solve this problem (Inform Google to update Google Maps with the hotel's address)

The culinary scene around this place is great! We devoured some amazing burgers at Brasa d'Aran, only 0.3 km away. Plus, the Premium Room was well laid out with all the modern features I expected. Free parking was super convenient for exploring everywhere.
But oh boy, the AC was a joke! Trying to sleep in a 30°C room while hearing the neighbor's dog bark all night was a nightmare. And a dodgy toilet and bidet? Not ideal. They quickly took my cash but didn't quite deliver on the upkeep.
